Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Your Edge AI app and website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service
Your Edge AI helps you plan and track training and personal goals, with an AI coach that can adjust your plan. Features may change as we improve the product.
Not medical or professional advice
Your Edge AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Its recommendations and “impact” figures are educational and general. You are responsible for your own health decisions, consult a qualified professional, and don’t rely on the app for diagnosis or treatment. Train within your limits.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region, and an adult, to use the service. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service or its security.
- Don’t use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to extract our models, prompts, or non-public data.
Your content
The data you enter is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you, to store it, show it back to you, and process your coach messages to generate replies. We don’t claim ownership of your content.
Intellectual property
The app, website, branding, and underlying software are ours or our licensors’, and are protected by law. These terms don’t grant you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
Availability & changes
We provide the service “as is” and “as available.” We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Disclaimers & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of decisions you make using the app. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the service.
